Darjeeling the Queen of Hills will host “Darjeeling Fest” at the end of September 2019. This will be a treat for the tourists visiting Darjeeling this month-end.
“Darjeeling Fest” will begin on 20th Sept and end on 27th. The event will showcase activities like music, art, dance, sports and food in venues across the hilly town.
The fest is to start with a grand parade and end by commemorating World Tourism Day which seeks to foster awareness among the global community on tourism’s social, cultural and economic values.
This will a great opportunity both for the tourists and locals alike. The plethora of events will be a display of the unique and diverse culture of Darjeeling.
