What kind of identity proof do we need to carry?

For Indians any kind of Govt. issued valid photo ID proof with address (Aadhar, Voter card, Driving License, Passport) in original and for foreign travelers original passport.

Does the tour cover any kind of insurance?

No

What are the chances of seeing animals/birds?

Well no one can guarantee sighting of animals/birds. We do take you to locations where sightings of animals/birds are comparatively higher. But Dooars is more than just animal/bird sightings. The culture, people and pristine nature are the real winners.

How many persons are allowed per vehicle/gypsy for safari?

Maximum 6 persons are allowed in a vehicle/gypsy.

What cloths should we wear on a safari?

So look for neutral colured cloths. Colours which blend with the surroundings. Try to avoid bright colured cloths like – shades of red, white.

What kind of and how many binoculars will be provided?

Either Nikon Prostaff/ Nikon Aculon 8*42 binoculars will be provided. One binocular will be given for every group of six persons. Binoculars will be provided at the start of the safari/birding and to be returned at the end of safari/birding.

How will be entire tour itinerary and cost be advised?

Entire day wise itinerary, type of accommodation, meal plan and cost will be advised to your mail id.

How can we confirm the tour has been booked?

On booking of the tour, confirmation mail along with scanned copy of original booking voucher will be send to your mail id.

Are there is any refunds if we do not like the tour?

We try to ensure our guests have return with best of memories. We are open to any advices or suggestions; however do not embarrass yourself by asking for refunds, because there are none.

What are the cancellation charges?

Cancellation charges along with day wise itinerary, type of accommodation, meal plan and cost will be advised to your mail id/watsapp.

How can we pay or book the tour?

100% payment before check in(65% of the tour cost to be paid at the time of booking and rest 35% to be paid 20 days before Check in date). You can pay by-
